The islands talked about in the Bible are still very real and active places today. Our Children's Department is organized into places of fun and learning referred to as Biblical Islands of Adventure.

  • The Cabanas - (Sundays 11:00am, Wednesdays 7:00pm, Birth –2 years) "Train up a child in the way that he/she should go, when they are older, they will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6. All caregivers in our nurseries have cleared background checks and are CPR certified.
  • ShipBuilders - (4th Sundays 11:00am, ages 4 - grade 5) ShipBuilders learn the meaning of Faith through their projects. Their class projects are often challenging, but they dive into their individual projects with the belief they can complete them. ShipBuilders learn the power of brotherhood and fellowship through their group projects. They each perform their task and rely on their friends to do the same. They gain self-confidence through the completion of projects, and learn and participate in the recreation of Biblical events through group projects.
  • SandTreasures - (Sundays 11:00am, ages 3, 4, & 5) It’s all about finding ‘treasures in the sand’ (Deuteronomy 33:19) for these little ones. Songs, crafts, games, and the Word are designed just for them.
  • NetCasters - (Sundays 11:00am, grades 1 - 3) and Keiki Hut - (Sundays 11:00am, grades 4 - 5) We are combining these two classes for our new curriculum, UPSIDEDOWN TOWN KIDS. Come with us to a very strange town, a place where people live their lives upside down. Now that doesn't mean the people there stand on their heads or that you'd climb to the ceiling to get into your bed. It's the wrong choices they make that we call "upside down." And some of their choices are the strangest around!
  • Peter's Fish - (Wednesdays 7:00pm, ages 3 - grade 1) Peter’s Fish is a real restaurant located in a port on the sea of Tiberius, where Peter made his home and was the headquarters of Jesus. It is a cabana-type eatery with tarp over the tables – very famous for the ‘Saint Peter’s Fish’ they serve. In this class your children will experience the power and closeness of Christ as though they are actually in the city.
  • Surf Shop - (Wednesdays 7:00pm, grades 1 - 5) Surf off the coast of the Isle of Patmos. Patmos attracts visitors from all over the world, who flock to see the sacred place where the exiled John wrote the book of Revelation. Your children will experience the brightness and newness of all God has for them in their studies and activities.
